Great food. Friendly staff. Hadn't been there in years, but recently went back with a coupon I had. The pizza fries were a a bit light on toppings, but the sandwiches were fantastic.

Used a coupon to pick up a couple of hoagies for a church event. They couldn't have been nicer! Gave us several options, from delivery to the church to special packaging to keep the meat & bread separate until lunch time the next day. Hoagies themselves were very good, and they provided cartons for peppers, pickles, mayo and oil & vinegar. Will go back for sure.

Had won a restaurant.com coupon and gave them a try, they got the order right and the rolls were a tad hard but the sandwiches were good, the prices were fair and they got the delivery here in a reasonable length of time.

Took advantage of the online deal and got a hoagie! It was amazing. Got the Godfather. Amazing sandwich.

Great hoagie place! I'm here a few times a month and I really like their rolls! Come on the third Wednesday of the month for $4 chicken cheesesteaks!

Its a Shame that the staff is completely rude, because I actually enjoy the food. I have gone 3 times in the past 2 months and the same snotty staff is still working there. I thought that maybe I got them on a bad day. Sorry... but not worth the awful service.

Love the food! It's excellent. The girl at the front counter is rude and not pleasant at all. Again the food and the cooks are nice but the girl at the counter is not.

Great steaks, quick service. Just wish the parking lot wasn't always full, or they had a handicapped space nearer by.

This was my first experience with a Philly style steak sandwich and it was great. Nice fresh, light roll cut along the top stuffed with perfectly minced, good quality sandwich steak. Cheese perfectly melted, onions nicely cooked through, but still with some texture. I had the cheese lovers: American, Swiss, and cheddar all together if I remember correctly. In my opinion could use just a pinch of salt. I'd go back next time I'm in town for sure. Hit the spot!

First timers in the area and went on yelp and say the 10 for 5 coupon and decided to give it a try. I went with the Godfather and was not disappointed. Everyone was happy with their sandwiches and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend and woth the stop

Great hoagies and super friendly service. I really like their proprietary oil blend and the bread is very good. I'll certainly go back.

Came to town and dropped the wife and kids off at Sesame Place. I was looking for a great hoggie, found it! The Italian Deluxe. ...Extra Meat, Extra Cheese, Extra Goodness.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me was the lesson to be learned tonight. Last time I ordered from them (see my last review) I didn't learn my lesson. I thought maybe they had an off night - it happens to the best of us. But no this place is an epic fail 24/7. First it took 1 hour and 10 mins for a Monday night delivery (it was a long wait last time as well). Second the food was bad. I ordered a mini cheesesteak for my daughter, it was soggy and super super mini size. Hubby ordered a SOGGY chicken cheesesteak that was kind of on the small side for $9 (skimpy on meat). I ordered buffalo wings. The sauce on the wings were good but OMG the wings were dry I'm talking Really dry like they were cooked in a tanning booth or something. The blue cheese was bad too. For the price paid for such horrible food I felt like a victim of grand larceny. They are a franchise they are supposed to have standards and I have been to other slacks that were good but this one took a wrong turn. They put the slack in slacker. Their name should be lacks...because they lack good food. I think I'd rather go to the dentist than ever patron this place again and I just may have to those dry blank wings were so hard and dried out I'm surprised it didn't crack my teeth.

Went here on a recommendation from the front desk at our hotel, and DAMN am I glad I did. I ordered a Chicken and a regular steak hoagie for us to split. They were fantastic. The menu is humongous. I hope I get back to the Sesame Place area to try again.

My family and I went to Slack's with the Yelp deal of $20 for $10, the sandwich was The God Father that was great, we had it with everything that it comes with and we really enjoyed it. This sandwich was fresh and everything worked great together. The staff were wonderful and helpful they could not have been nicer to my family. Thanks for a great hoagie and great service, we will be back..

We ordered delivery at 4:27 pm and was told 30-45 minutes but the food did not get here till 6:05 pm. I called to find out where our food was at 5:42pm and was told it would be here shortly. I guess they need a better delivery person and a discounted rate for food that takes a ver, very, very long time to deliver COLD food!

Slack's has great sandwiches and wings. Most recently, I got wings for an Eagles game. I explained to the staff that we were not eating for a few hours and I asked them to pack it as such. They did a great job, packed the sauce separately and explained how to heat them so they would taste just cooked. They were fantastic even reheated.

I decided to try this place out since I was in the area and I had a craving for my favorite turkey & swiss hoagie. The menu is impressive with lots to pick from. They have ample seating inside for eating in. The guys behind the counter were incredibly polite and helpful. I ordered my typical sub in the Half size (which is more like a whole size at 12 in long) and a small coleslaw (which is more like a medium size). Everything is priced great and I took home my order for around $9. This is all good stuff. HERE IS MY COMPLAINT: The amount of meat and cheese in my sandwich was seriously underwhelming. The sandwich overall was very good. However, even Wawa puts more substance in between their bread. The bread was nice and fresh, the lettuce and tomato were crisp, and there was the perfect amount of mayo. My sub just seriously lacked its main ingredients. Its very possible that this is not the norm and the person making my sandwich was new or inexperienced. I will totally go back to this shop. And you should absolutely give it a try. I'll be asking for extra meat and cheese next time!

I love the hoagies here, but I just saw a roach crawling down the wall, in the middle of the day.

Slacks is my go to place when I don't know what to cook. I've even cater with them. They never disappoint.

Quality food, friendly staff, great rewards program. Text message coupons, special $4 chicken cheesesteak days, and every 10th sandwich free. Cheeseburger hoagie is awesome.

Historically, at least to me, Slack's and Lee's were comparable and interchangeable. In fact, Slack's is still fairly good, though I must note that they seem to be skimping on the meat and cheese on the sandwiches. Even as recently as a few years ago, you'd order the sandwich and they would start to make it, putting on the meat sort of "at their discretion". Now, it seems more like a Subway type deal, where everything is pre-measured. Regardless, the one star for this review is actually not about the food, its about the general cleanliness vibe I got from the place on my last 2 visits. The ceiling tiles are an abomination. The stuff on the walls has not changed since this location opened... which would be fine if the pennants and nick-knacks were kept clean. Instead, you have what amount to grease sponges and dust collectors pinned to the walls and ceilings above the areas where they are preparing your food. The floors and walls and booths just seem... tired and dirty. If a restaurant can't keep the things you can see clean, how bad might the places you can't see be? I don't really want to think about it.

Sometimes you gotta have a good and hearty sandwich to make your day better than it was before. I saw this place one morning when I was eating at the IHOP in the same shopping center. I decided to try it out for dinner on my way back to the hotel, damn glad I did. They have burgers, fries, hoagies (sandwiches for those who don't know the term), salads, and snacks. I ordered a big hoagie and a of fries. The service is awesome since they took extra care to make sure the fries were insulated and would not be hot enough to melt the typical plastic bag carrying the rest of my dinner. The food was pretty good, the fries are the thick cut style, also they make sure they are done perfectly so you do not eat semi-raw potato. My next trip I am definitely going back. They also cater parties and also do family style service as well, these guys do it well.
